Ermefret Berlin moves under SNCF Geodis Europe Intermodal Holding
To support its development Ermefret Berlin joined on April 26th 2011 the SNCF Geodis Europe Intermodal holding (Chairman Olivier Storch).
It will therefore be part of the combined transport division (Naviland Cargo & Novatrans) of SNCF Geodis by Tarek Hosni.
Frank Bensaid as International Development Director of Naviland Cargo and Novatrans will supervise Ermefret Berlin.
The ambitions are:
- to strengthen Ermefret Berlin as a Key Player for rail freight forwarding, specialised in oil and chemical products
- to build on Ermefret Berlins competences and organisation to roll out the CIS, Central and Eastern Europe Development of the combinded transport division.
- Katerina Adams commits the donations.
Donations at Christmas 2010
2010 we want to support children in finding their path of life.
For this Ermefret und Ermewa donated 5.000 € to the children emergency service (www.kindernotdienst.de) and 5.000 € to the children circus Cabuwazi (www.cabuwazi.de).

Trans Russia is the greatest trade fair in Russia concerning the transportation und logistics industry.
It presents all sectors and services of transport and Logistics.
Ermefret presented its services at a common stand with Eurotainer and made useful and interesting connections.

Brainstorming Meeting
On the 15. and 16. April 2010 took place a meeting between Ermefret Berlin, Ermefret Italia and Ermechem to optimise its cooperation by common market strategy.

Charitable donation instead of Christmas gifts
This year Ermefret donated its Christmas budget to hospice Sonnenhof(www.bjoern-schulz-stiftung.de).
This hospice cares for 12 children and compared to hospital makes possible to spend the last time of their life with family and in the atmosphere of love. Thanks to this charitable donation the winter garden of Sonnenhof was renovated.
